Coffee has been a vital crop in Simbu since its introduction in the early 1950s, and today it remains deeply important to the region and its people.

This lot was processed at the Kongo washing station and carefully prepared as a fully washed coffee, allowing its structure, clarity, and fruit-forward complexity to shine.
