About:
Organic, Grade 1 Double Picked, and wet-hulled, this Aceh-grown lot—designated “Mas Kawi”—represents the classic depth and character of Northern Sumatran coffee. Produced from Typica, Carurra, Catimor, and Tim-Tim varieties and processed using the traditional giling basah (wet-hulled) method, the coffee develops a heavy, velvety body with low acidity and complex rustic sweetness. Expect layered notes of earthy cocoa, cedar, sweet tobacco, dark molasses, and subtle clove-like spice. Ideal for those who love bold, grounding, full-bodied cups.

Wet-hulled (giling basah) is a traditional Sumatran processing method that gives this coffee its signature full body, earthy depth, and long, syrupy finish.
