About:
Indonesia’s Suku Batak is a rich, complex coffee celebrated for its deep body and subtle, nuanced flavors. Sourced from smallholder farms in the Lintongnihuta region, this wet-hulled, Grade G1 coffee undergoes patio drying and is sun-dried in a greenhouse. The result is a smooth, bold profile with tasting notes of butterscotch sweetness, tobacco depth, and bright cherry fruit—traits that lend themselves beautifully to both espresso-based drinks and rich, immersive brewed preparations.
