📝 About:
Brazilian coffee is often celebrated for its rich, full-bodied flavour and low acidity, making it a favourite among many coffee enthusiasts. This Sul de Minas SSFC  is sourced from two family estates, Fazenda da Onça and Fazenda Campo da Chapada, near the city of Varginha. With varieties of Mundo Novo, Acaiá, and Catucaí grown at lower altitudes, the beans bring forward nutty, chocolatey notes with caramel sweetness and a warm spice complexity. The pulped natural process, using both sun and mechanical drying, contributes to a creamy body and smooth finish. This coffee excels as a base for espresso, producing a robust crema, and shines in milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, while still delivering comfort and balance in drip brewing.
