  We have been blending this coffee for the past year, making it the foundation of many of your favorite brews. Recently, a friend from Honduras requested that we showcase this exceptional coffee on its own to highlight its unique qualities. Collaborating closely with him, we developed a roast profile that is sure to please. We're calling this a medium roast, though it just touches the edge of darkness, resulting in a smooth and satisfying cup.
