About:
Brazilian coffee is celebrated for its rich, full-bodied flavour and naturally low acidity, making it a long-standing favourite among coffee lovers worldwide. This Sul de Minas SSFC lot is sourced from two family estates — Fazenda da Onça and Fazenda Campo da Chapada — near the city of Varginha.
Composed primarily of Mundo Novo, Acaiá, and Catucaí varieties grown at lower altitudes, this coffee delivers nutty, chocolate-forward flavours with caramel sweetness and a hint of warm spice. The pulped natural process, using both sun and mechanical drying, enhances its creamy body and smooth finish.
Versatile and dependable, this coffee excels as a base for espresso, producing a rich crema and balanced sweetness in milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, while maintaining comfort and depth in drip or filter brews.
